About the project

One Crown Place is a mixed-use development in the City of London. The development comprises office and retail spaces, two residential towers with 246 residential apartments above a podium office space, a private members’ club, and boutique design hotel.

What we did

Working with the MEP Engineering Contractor HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions provided the full remit of Project Panning services integral to the project reporting and management requirements, including building the MEP programme from first principles, maintaining/ updating and reporting on any delays to the critical path from start to Practical Completion.
