About the project

A new terminal building to support the Hong Kong airport expansion programme and the development of the new third runway. The building includes a link to the APM tunnels, baggage handling and all associated infrastructure works to the apron along with the construction of the new control tower.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Main Contractor to provide full Tender Planning services. This included benchmarking studies, tender planning, productivity analysis and phasing and logistics planning.
