About the project

Upgrade of all MEP Plantrooms across the Grade I listed building as part of the £4b restorations and refurbishment programme within the UK Houses of Parliament referred to as the Medium-term Upgrade Phase three. Fast track MEP refurbishment and replacement of plant rooms in a fully operational and occupied Houses Parliament.

What we did

Employed by the Main Contractor to provide Commercial Management and MEP Quantity Surveying services including procurement, change management, Contract administration, subcontract management, upstream/downstream commercial negotiation, and financial reporting across three critical upgrade works packages worth c. £30m.
