About the project

A leisure project on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, comprising various themed zones and marine life attractions and aquariums along with the construction of animal life safety systems and training facilities.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Main Contractor initially to complete a Peer review on the Tender programme for this project. Following on from the Peer review, we were engaged to develop an alternative Tender programme to take into account productivity, resources, phased logic and ascertain the Critical path.
