About the project

Mechanical Services Fit Out of seven floors of banking office space at Canary Wharf. The project fit-out works comprises the first to seventh floor accounting for 280,000sqft of office space, including three large trading floors with state-of-the-art critical computer cooling systems.

What we did

HUME Commercial & Planning Solutions were employed by the Mechanical Engineering Trade Contractor to provide full Commercial Management and MEP Quantity Surveying services including procurement, change control, Contract administration and claims support achieving successful negotiation and agreement of the Final Account.
